Online Intuitive Readings & Energy Healing
When something in your life feels uncertain, heavy or difficult to understand, sometimes you don't need more advice — you need space to hear what your own intuition has already been trying to tell you.
I offer gentle, grounded online intuitive readings, mediumship readings and energy healing sessions from Nova Scotia for clients across Canada, the United States and worldwide.
What Are You Looking For Right Now?
Clarity & Direction
Online Intuitive Readings
Maybe you're at a crossroads. Something is changing. You keep circling the same question, or you already have a feeling about what comes next but you're having trouble trusting it.
An intuitive reading creates space to look beneath the noise and explore the energy, patterns and guidance surrounding what you're experiencing.
Connection & Reassurance
Online Mediumship Readings
Grief changes the shape of our lives, but sometimes connection can bring comfort.
Mediumship readings offer a gentle space to connect with loved ones in spirit and receive the memories, messages and validation that come through during your session.
Clearing & Reconnection
Intuitive Energy Healing & Light Language
Sometimes you can't quite explain what's wrong. You simply feel heavy, overwhelmed, disconnected or energetically stuck.
My online energy healing sessions combine intuitive insight with energy work and, when appropriate, personalized light language to help you reconnect with yourself and the energy beneath what you're experiencing.
Sometimes you already know.
You just need help hearing it.
Maybe you've been thinking about the same decision for weeks.
You've asked friends. You've made lists. You've tried to reason your way through it. And underneath all of that thinking, there's a quieter feeling that keeps returning.
I think I already know.
That's often where my work begins.
I don't see intuitive readings as someone else telling you what to do with your life. I see them as a way of bringing forward the information, patterns and possibilities that may be difficult to see when you're standing in the middle of the experience.
Sometimes that brings clarity.
Sometimes validation.
Sometimes an unexpected message comes through.
And sometimes the most important part of a reading is simply feeling deeply seen and understood.
My approach is gentle, curious and grounded — helping you reconnect with your own intuition rather than replacing it.
Come As You Are. Leave With More Clarity.
About Tara Joy — Intuitive Reader in Nova Scotia
I Found This Work Because I Needed it Too
Hi, I'm Tara Joy.
For a long time, my life looked perfectly fine from the outside. But internally, I was anxious, overthinking, worrying about the future and feeling as though something was missing.
My own healing journey eventually led me toward intuition and energy work — and toward learning to trust the quieter knowing I'd spent years questioning.
Today I offer the kind of space I once needed myself: gentle, grounded and compassionate support for people trying to understand themselves, their energy and what comes next.
I work intuitively using a combination of intuitive guidance, mediumship, energy work, the Akashic Records and light language, depending on what arises during our time together.
Curious About Light Language?
Light language is an intuitive form of energetic communication expressed through sound, tone, symbols or movement.
I incorporate personalized light language into some of my energy work and also offer recorded transmissions you can experience in your own time.
You don't need to understand light language or have any previous experience with energy work. For many people, the experience is less about intellectually understanding it and more about noticing how it feels.

The cosmic inspired crystal grids are all one-of-a-kind. Each is created on a wood panel, painted using acrylic paint, opaque acrylic ink, and acrylic markers to create the base for displaying and charging your favourite crystals, art to hang on the wall, or an alter piece. The energy of these grids is powerful with amazing positive healing energies. ✨
During the creative process I intuitively create the backgrounds and grids using cosmic inspired colours in intuitively chosen colours, shapes and then I add light language codes and symbols. No two are exactly alike. It feels like they can transport you into deep space. 👩🏻🚀🛸

Each piece is intuitively created with a theme or message for each. These painted creations are energy portals that help to ground the high cosmic energy here on Earth.

Frequently Asked Questions About Online Intuitive Readings
-
An intuitive reading is a supportive session designed to help you gain clarity around a question, situation or area of your life that feels uncertain, confusing or stuck.
During a reading, I tune into the energy surrounding you and your situation and share the impressions, patterns and guidance that come through. The goal is not to tell you what to do, but to help you see your situation more clearly and reconnect with your own intuition.
-
Online intuitive readings take place over Zoom, so you can join from the comfort of your own home.
At the beginning of the session, we can talk briefly about what you would like support with, or you can simply arrive with an open mind and see what comes through. From there, I work intuitively with the information, energy and messages that arise during our time together.
You do not need to prepare anything in advance.
-
Yes. Intuitive and energetic work does not require us to be in the same physical space.
Many people actually find online readings especially comfortable because they can receive the session from a familiar environment without having to travel. I work with clients across Canada, the United States and internationally.
-
You can bring questions about relationships, career, life direction, personal growth, decisions, recurring patterns or anything else you are currently trying to understand more clearly.
You do not need to have a perfectly worded question. Sometimes people simply arrive feeling stuck, unsettled or aware that something in their life is shifting.
We can begin there.
-
An intuitive reading focuses primarily on you, your current energy and the situations unfolding in your life.
A mediumship reading focuses on connection with loved ones who have passed.
There can occasionally be some overlap, but if your main intention is to connect with someone in spirit, I recommend booking a mediumship reading.
-
Yes. My sessions are offered online, and I work with clients in Canada, the United States and other countries.
All you need is a quiet place, a reliable internet connection and access to Zoom.
-
If you are looking for clarity around a decision, relationship, career or life situation, an intuitive reading is usually the best place to start.
If your main intention is to connect with a loved one who has passed, choose a mediumship reading.
If you are feeling energetically depleted, heavy or disconnected and are looking for energetic support, an energy healing session may be a better fit.
If you are still unsure, you can explore the different session options and choose the one that feels closest to what you need right now.
You Don't Have to Have Everything Figured Out Before You Book.
You can arrive with a specific question, a situation you'd like guidance around, or simply the feeling that something is shifting and you'd like to understand it more deeply.
We'll begin wherever you are.
