Immerse yourself in the natural healing properties of the forest through mindfulness experiences in the forest. This 3 week session will walk with you through practices which aim to connect you with nature and contribute to a sense of peace and tranquility.

On April 12 I will be joining Search and Seek Minis to guide the group in a meditation while in the forest.
